AREL University Student Access, Tripod & VIP Turnstile Project AREL ÜNİVERSİTESİ

In this project completed for AREL University, Winser Technical tripod turnstiles, a VIP turnstile and card reader systems were implemented to provide controlled and organized management of student and visitor entrances and exits.

Universities and educational campuses experience particularly high pedestrian traffic before and after classes. Entrance systems therefore need to support efficient pedestrian flow while ensuring that access to controlled areas is managed according to user authorization.

Tripod turnstiles were installed at the main student access points to create structured and controlled pedestrian lanes. Their compact design and suitability for intensive use make tripod turnstiles an effective solution for managing daily student traffic at university entrances.

The integrated card reader system allows registered users to present their access cards for authorization. Once access permission has been verified, the turnstile is released, enabling student entrances and exits to be managed through an electronic access control infrastructure.

A VIP turnstile was also included in the project to provide a wider and more comfortable alternative to the standard tripod lanes. This passage offers additional flexibility for visitors, special access requirements and situations where a wider entrance is required.

By combining tripod turnstiles, a VIP passage and card reader technology, an integrated access control infrastructure was created to accommodate different user profiles at the university entrance.
